Blacksesame Citrus Tart| Crisp and flaky black sesame tart, black sesame okayu, fresh blood orange with aromatic spices, black sesame mousse, roasted caramelized walnut, black sesame glaze, mascarpone and ricotta chantilly cream.   .

Cherry blossom| White chocolate mousse, Caramelized pear, Spiced raspberry, and coco biscuit base. (GF)

Matcha tart| Matcha rice, Creme de mascarpone, Adzuki red bean, Roasted almond, Mango, Dried rose petal 

GOLDIE| A refreshing combination of seasonal mango and passion fruit surrounded by a creamy coconut mousse with coconut dacquoise. (GF)

Chocolate fingers gateau | Chocolate gateau, carambar chantilly, roasted cocoa chips, rich gourmand glaze, bailey caramel , gold leaf.
