Shipping

Where does Depromes ship?

We ship to all addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not provide international shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day. During peak periods, processing may take longer.

Delivery Schedule

Transit time is usually 5–7 business days. The total estimated delivery window is 6–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that unforeseen events such as severe weather may delay delivery.

Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: Orders with subtotal of $69.00 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.
  • Standard Shipping: Orders under $69.00 USD incur a flat shipping fee of $9.90 USD.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. You can also track your order here.

Updating Your Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and before it has shipped. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

Canceling an Order

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation. Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving your request.

Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under our Return Policy. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
  • Valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Defective or incorrectly shipped items are eligible.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale unless defective or incorrectly shipped.

Return Process

To start a return, email us at info@depromes.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns. Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrectly shipped items: We provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Other returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item in acceptable condition, refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

  • PayPal: Securely pay using your PayPal account

Payment Security

All transactions are securely processed using SSL encryption. We do not store your credit card information. Our payment processors are PCI-DSS compliant.

Order Confirmation

After payment is successfully processed, you will typically receive an order confirmation email with your receipt and tracking information.

Currency

All prices are listed in USD. Purchases made outside the U.S. may incur currency conversion fees from your bank or payment provider.
