Shipping

Where does Depromes ship?

We offer shipping to all locations within the United States. At this time, we do not provide international shipping outside of the USA.

What should I do if I haven't received my order?

If your order hasn’t been delivered within the expected timeframe and there are no recent updates, we recommend checking your tracking details first. If you notice any problems with the tracking status, please contact our customer support team for help.

How do I track my parcel?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can track the status and location of your delivery.

How can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please email us as soon as possible, within 24 hours at info@depromes.com, and include your name and order number. We'll do our best to update the address before your order ships. After dispatch, address changes aren't guaranteed, but we'll do everything we can to assist.

Return & Refunds

Do you accept product returns?

Yes, we accept returns under our 30-Day Return Policy. To qualify, items must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued within 10–12 business days, depending on your card provider’s processing time. Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
